Sheepskin on the edges of the shaft loosens and comes off if you're not careful. Also insole sheepskin forms lumps in the crevices below your foot/toes. Regular flatteing out (with you fingers) required.

This is the second pair of UGGS I purchased for my daughter. Last Christmas she got the Baily button triplet in chestnut. They still look great and she wore them all the time. I will say though, that we did waterproof them initally and cleaned and waterproofed them again along the way. It is definitely worth it to purchase the care kit. If she didnt take care of them they wouldnt look as good. They stretch so she is getting a lot of use out of them. This year she got the baily button in black. I went a size up from last years boots so she can get two seasons out of them as well. There is a decline in UGG quality over the years although the price goes up each year LOL! At any rate they are still a cute,comfortable boot and if you are OK with parting with the cash so you can have the popular name brand you are still getting a good quality boot. They are VERY warm and cozy on a cold day. I own a pair myself and probably will end up buying more in the future especially for my daughter.

A lot of people don't like the navy Uggs because it's "hard to match with jeans." They feel it's too much blue but I don't think so. In my opinion, it works with both light and dark jeans. Of course it depends on the actual lightness and darkness of the jeans color. The navy Uggs look so much better in person, trust me! I used to think it was too much blue as well until I saw my friend wear her's and I loved it. Too many people have the chestnut color and I wanted something a littleeeee different. I'm glad I chose navy.
