My daughter is typically a toddler 7.5-8 and according to the measurements we'd need a size toddler 9 so they do run on the smaller size. We ordered the Bailey bows.

LOVE them! Bought as a christmas gift for our nearly ten month old granddaughter. They are gorgeous! Look really well made and hopefully I have picked the right size!
