I love this bag! I was very satisfied with my purchase. I am a big fan of tory burch and this is one of my favorite bags now. The color is perfect for everyday and the size is just right. The only thing that disappointed me is the handle. It pinches the skin on my arm when carrying it. But other than that, excellent bag!

This is the perfect bag. Not too big that it's bulky, yet big enough to hold everything you need. I really like the snap closures on the sides for when you need to cram a bit more (with two small kids, that's often the case for me). Material is easy to clean. Color was a bit darker than you see in picture (IMO), but a great neutral color none the less.
I plan on getting the same bag in the black patent.

Great bag but wish the handles were more comfortable. Long enough to sling on your shoulder but it hurts too much to do so. Wish I would have known this before purchasing two online
