I ordered this bag and expected much more than what I received. It's very small (I should've have gotten the message size) I dont like big bags but it is always open and overstuffed and that's just with my small wallet and sunglasses. Also, it's not even 6 months old and I noticed the stitching is ripped where the crossbody strap is sewn on. I am very annoyed that I didn't just purchase the other size and I think I might take it to the store to see what they can do! It smells nice and it's not All about the logo, in your face bag and that I love!

Prosnice soft ....
This Maidstone I am looking for a while then I finally bought it from store. At first, it's leather is sold out by its softness and firm. Sencond, it is roomy. However, it stops right after you have your wallet and key because it can't be closed it by snap. The stand out of the bag is not deep so you can't carry even wallet and key and phone. It was returned after a few days.

Prosstylish, functional
I've never really been into Burberry, but I fell in love with this bag the first time I saw it. The leather is so yummy -- t's soft, but has a good texture and holds its shape well. It also smells really good. It's the perfect size for me (I don't like huge bags). The zipper details are super-cool but not overly trendy. I like how the canvas sides break of the color. It makes the bag more versatile, in my opinion. And it's appropriate for work and play.

Timeless with a Kick

So I agree that its a timeless bag but I do love that it has a bit of an edge to it. I generally love bigger handbags but this holds a full size wallet, my sunglasses, phone and one too many lip glosses. I love it, its pretty on the inside too so not as superficial as some of the other bags out there, ha!
