Although the slippers were too small, I would still purchase them again. Unfortunately you were out of the size I needed so I had to return for a refund☹️
Bought these for my son for Christmas gift and he loves them! Wears them to work with leather insole; wears out with the sheepskin fur with friends; bought the heavier sheepskin insoles for indoors. Will buy another color for him soon. Absolutely the best Ugg product for men!

The TrueSize questionnaire doesn't really do anything. I can fit comfortably in to a 9.5(us) shoe but usually order size 10's for all my footwear. When I received these slippers in size 10 they were way too tight. It could be due to the wool pile that may compress over time but I would have to squeeze my feet in to them until that time.
