Nordstrom's is one of the few on-line vendors that also has a brick-and-mortar store in Columbus and carries shoes in my size - 14B. Returns can be made on-line or in the store. What could be easier.
On-line ordering was simple and fast, and delivery was quick despite the winter vortex weather - though I still wonder why shipping went through Buffalo! Still my shoes arrived on time when Nordstrom's said they would.
Excellent quality shoe and will wear into the comfortable shoe they are. Bought them on sale at a great price - excellent value.
Will definitely shop Nordstrom's on-line again when shopping for clothes and shoes.
