Surprised at how flexible and soft this shoe is. The leather is not stiff, the zipper hits just ABOVE the ankle so no rubbing and the height is enough to add appeal but not a hospital visit! Ordered half size down because some Lucky shoes run large and finding a 10 1/2 is near impossible some days. Would say true to size but a little wider than some shoes - and that's not much.
