A great variety of neutrals for everyday wear. Very blendable, and the handy applicator has a perfect brush on one end and a narrow sponge-tip on the other for applying as liner. Like another reviewer, I do wish more of the colors were completely matte (especially the plum shadow at top right); but still a great assortment of shade options.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
I love this palette (Posh Neutrals)! Beautiful colors that are not too dark and last all day. So many color combinations....endless options! I also bought the 'Sexy Neutrals' at another store and love it just as much. Buy these palettes, you won't be disappointed!

Good for a natural look

Got this full eye shadow compact from my Sept 2018 Clean box.
Dec 2018 review Pros: Good natural colors, glides on smooth.
Cons: Not highly pigmentated as described, needs to be used with a primer if you want it to last, very flaky/powdery residue left on the palette when used with a real eye shadow brush.
This eye shadow palette comes with a tiny duel sided brush which I did not care for because when I did use it the it felt like using a toothpick brush on your lids that didn’t blend well. I ended up using my own brushes.
I like this on days that I want a natural look with a hint of color and it glides on smooth. I also like to pair the eye shadows with matte lips to give my face a neutral makeup look without going over the top. This palette pairs great with a bold statement lip color too.
This palette definitely benefits from using an eyeshadow primer to help bring out the color and make it last longer.
