I loved these shoes online, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them in person! The patent leather is soooo baby blue, and it's not a cheap patent leather that will crack and peel as they wear. The style is very '70s —the platform look— and if you love the '70s style: BIG shoes, hair and bell bottom pants and jeans, then you're going to love these shoes! Buyer beware: The heels are VERY high (I believe 5"!), so consider this ahead of time before you hit the "Purchase" button. I am 5' 6 1/2", so I become almost 6' tall when I wear them. I purchased them to wear to my cousin's wedding in August with the Maggy London Floral Print Chiffon Pleated A-Line Dress (item #1084719) and I know the combo is going to be fabtastic!! I am looking forward to wearing these shoes with jeans, pencil skirts, trapeze dresses and bell pants, for years to come. Ladies, I love these adorable shoes and I know you will, too! P.S.: Nordstrom ran out of my size the first time I tried to order them (because I took too long to make up my mind!), but I kept checking on them and they did receive more in stock! This should let you know how popular these shoes are; so don't sit on the fence: buy them ASAP!
