If this scarf can be found, by all means, GET IT!!!! I purchased it at the anniversary sale for a great price and gave it to my daughter for a Christmas gift. She never took it off during her 16 day visit once she got it! She lives in Europe and wears scarves in that singular European style that is so marvelous........Long story short, I decided after seeing how gorgeous it looked on her that I would like one for myself and of course it was sold out everywhere. By some stroke of persistence and luck, I found an extremely helpful designer associate online (Renee) who went above and beyond in locating this scarf for me at the store in MN! I was beyond thrilled, as this is just such a perfect scarf. I have lots of other Burberry scarves of all types, and this one is my favorite. The fabric in this rectangular size is so soft and that little bit of red gives it that extra something.....It looks gorgeous with dark colors and if it came in a choice of colors I would get one of each. It's scrumptious......If you can find it, it is not to be missed.......Perhaps other colors will be available for the next anniversary sale??????? (hint, hint.......)

As one prior reviewer mentioned, the scarf does not look good on the model in the pic, but it really does look good on! I have a couple of the square 100% merino wool Burberry scarves and am happy to add another one that is rectangular with a different look.

I purchased this for myself and wore it during my vacation to Salt Lake City. It kept my neck warm and looked really nice with all of my outfits.
Very nice and soft. Definitely recommend this beautiful scarf to everyone.

Fringe makes it look cheap

Beautiful scarp except the fringe. It clumps and yet looks stringy at the same time. Like bed-head hair. Thought about cutting it but, for this price, I returned it. I'll look for a black Burberry scarp elsewhere.
