When I saw the sweater on line it really did not catch my attention. Sometimes its the way it is presented that makes it attractive and on line it did not. I was shopping at Nordstrom when I came across the sweater on display. Wow it looked amazing, the classic Burberry print cuff was turned up and that did it for me It was just enough to make the sweater an all-time classic that will never go out of style.
I chose the Black color but the Red and Cream are equally as beautiful. I am so glad I purchased it.
This is a soft, comfortable sweater. The v-neck is not too deep (no need for a camisole) but is still flattering. I found it longer than most sweaters, offering plenty of bum coverage for my 5'9 frame. The checked lining at the wrists can be rolled up or down and looks chic both ways. I am 120 lbs. and found the small fit perfectly, with just a hint of a slouchy, boyfriend fit. Overall, a versatile, high-quality staple item. If you are looking to elevate your basic wardrobe, this is the sweater for you!
The sweater has a great slim fit and is VERY comfortable. I really like the light touch of the iconic Burberry pattern on the cuff - just a little to brighten a very classic sweater.
Got this for cold mornings and layering in winter. Love the cream color. I wear medium but got large for that loose comfy style. If you want it past your hips go up a size. Medium was over 2 inches shorter. Very soft and sleeves are loose so I can wear long sleeves in winter. The sleeves are long so you can roll them for the pattern. Details are as usual lovely.
