I bought the black. This shoe has a lot of nice, tasteful details: the lizard pattern embossed on the straps, the leather tie with metal ends and the metal zipper pull.
The quality is quite good, especially for the price point. The leather is fairly soft and certainly not stiff, but unfortunately, the lining is synthetic.
I bought my regular size but in the wide width to accommodate my slightly wide forefoot. The shoe runs a little long but not enough for me to want to size down. The straps over the instep with an elastic insert allow for a secure, comfortable fit. The heel on my size 6W measures exactly 3 inches. Please note that the front tie is decorative only and is not adjustable -- the back zipper is the actual closure.
These shoes are so stylish and comfortable for a pointy shoe which is rare. Got the grey suede ones, I can' t wait to wear them ithis coming fall. I highly recommend buying these shoes!
